Quality content still takes a substantial amount of time, energy, and sometimes money to produce. fuzzypop is meant to be a way for people who want to earn a little something more for the 'meatier' posts that they write.
The core of the idea behind fuzzypop is Tumblr meets Letter.ly. That is, fuzzypop is intended to be a very clean, simple, and effortless way to publish premium content to the web.
Currently you can only use your fuzzypop credits to subscribe to other author's pops. The more fuzzypop credits you have, the more full pops you can read!
The hope is to eventually allow you to redeem physical goods (or cash) for your fuzzypop credits, but we haven't worked out the details on this just yet.
You earn a fuzzypop credit every time someone subscribes to one of your pops (the credit they used to gain access to your pop is transferred from their account to yours).
You can also always buy more credits
